It's important to know the guiding principles of our dealership have not changed: we are family owned, we have a great selection of inventory, and we focus on your customer experience. It has been tough for us not to have family around the dealership like we are used to, and family always comes first.
We want to keep you and your family safe. Please continue to be patient with our team as we transition roles and change our business to best serve our customers in the long run. We are not just thinking about today. We are thinking about tomorrow and years from now with Open Road Harley-Davidson being your dealership of choice.
Open Road Harley-Davidson has one objective that guides us, keeping you and our employees safe. As a result, we are implementing the following changes, precautions and services while reopening.
Changes at our Dealership
As our dealership opens to the public, we encourage customers to still set an appointment. The maximum number of guests allowed visiting may induce waiting in line for services. Appointments will be limited to 15 minutes or less, except for vehicle sales. A limited number of customers will be permitted in our dealership at the same time. Please be patient. Customers can make an appointment by phoning (920) 921-2344, texting the department cell numbers outlined below, or message us on Facebook or Google.
Our MotorClothes department will be resuming the use of fitting rooms, trying on apparel, and our return polices in store and online. For your safety anything that is tried on or returned will be put through a three day sanitation process.
All Dealership scheduled events are postponed until further notice.
Social Distancing and Sanitation
Upon entering the dealership all customers and employees will be required to use a sanitation station. Gloves and masks although optional at times, they may be recommended or required for certain experiences within your visit. Employees and Signage will help to remind our customers about social distancing, and where gloves and masks may be required while in our dealership. (For example: trying on gloves and helmets)
We ask that our customers and employees, please be mindful of the social distancing guidelines utilize the six foot rule.
We are following all recommended guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and the Fond du Lac County Public Health Department. Our team has been trained to wash their hands frequently, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer in-between hand washings, and to stay home if they are not feeling well, and we ask our customers to do the same.
Cleaning will remain a top priority to create a safe environment for you and our employees. In addition to our employees cleaning regularly, we use a sanitization formula in our cleaning practices that is used in an environmentally safe hospital-grade germicide.
For safety reasons there are no children under the age of 16, or pets, allowed to be in our dealership at this time.

Even though our doors are now open, we know our customers want and need to be served differently. For our customers that would like a contact-free option of doing business with us, we have the following services available:

• Online Vehicle Purchases, financing and home delivery (WI only)
• Out of State Shipping is Free with a minimum $100 purchase (excluding motorcycles)
• Curbside Pick-up of Parts, Accessories, General Merchandise, and Motorcycles
• Free motorcycle pickup & delivery within 30 miles (minimum purchase required)
• No Contact Service Drop-off and Pick-up
• Curbside Motorcycle Service Check-in
• Virtual Online Showroom visits
• Virtual Online product walk-around visits
• Video Chat Appointments
• 2020 Motorcycle Test Rides by Appointment
