I just started my search for a bike. We stopped at Open Road and left with my first Harley! James was great! He was very thorough throughout the whole process. He made my decision very easy to say yes! Thank you so much James! I absolutely LOVE my bike!!

Attitude & Knowledge

We stopped by Open Road to buy a hat and some new clothing. We met James who was awesome. His attitude, knowledge and just fun to talk to. He showed us around at diffrent bikes trying to find what we were looking for in our future. We let him know that we were unsure of when we would purchase but just wanted to look which he respected but still wanted to give us information on the diffrent rides. Then it happened he showed me the bike that I knew I had to have. Black on black out Street Glide. We decided to crunch some numbers and see what the costs would be. A very short time later we were shaking hands on a deal. It didnt stop there either, we were taken to each department introduced to somone and shown what they could offer us in the furure. The bike was delivered that night and they picked up my trade in as well. The entire experience was great and I recommend James including the entire Open Road team to anyone looking to purchase. Ringing the bell for my dream bike felt so great. Thanks James and we look forward to the many miles we plan on putting on.

Going the extra mile

Everybody at open road is very friendly helpful and they're doing a great job of turning the dealership around. It's my go to dealership now. Sam in service is very helpful and he goes the extra mile for you. Bailey in motor clothes is a hoot n a lot of fun to talk to! Keep up the good work everyone.

Out of all the Harley dealerships in Wisconsin. Open Road welcomed my group and myself with open arms. Nasty, peaches , Stacey, Carmen, and Jo have really upped the bar for customer service. I feel like a family member every time I walk thru the door. Definitely, if you live near Fon Du Lac. Please make it your one stop shop for any and all your Harley needs.

order process was easy

We accidentally stopped at this location during a road trip from Florida this summer. They had a jacket I liked, but I already had something similar ordered in St. Pete. The St. Pete jacket just kept being delayed. Canceled that order went online with Open Road Harley. Found the jacket I liked in July. They special ordered a small for me and drop-shipped it. The order process was easy. Their store is really nice. The person that helped me with the online special order was amazing.

Favorite Harley dealer

By far one of my favorite Harley dealers! I have been there a few times with our organization Military Veterans Motorcycle Association. The employees are the bomb! Always willing to help with a smile on their faces! Open Road has a great selection of clothing for men and women along with other accessories. Just wish there were more in woman size 3W or 3X

Made a trip there from Milwaukee to buy a leather coat I was looking for. The folks there were great knowledgeable and entertaining! Lol! Great experience!

Excellent Service from Service Department

I took my bike in for 10k service. The technician heard some ticking in the lower end. He found that a bolt had broken off. I can't say enough about the quality of all the team at Open Road. This was excellent service.

Every department had people willing to help

They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was friendly. The non-pushy application process to get approved was extremely easy and painless. Every department had people willing to help answer any questions. Overall it was an amazing place to buy my bike.
