Our experience
Just bought two bikes from them and the experience couldn't have been better. Friendly people each and everyone that we spoke to.
We felt like family by the time we were done. Pat was our salesman and answered our questions with ease, Jason also was there to help out with our barge of questions as these were our first HDs, we've been Goldwingers for the last 30 years.
When we agreed that we were doing the deal for two bikes, they went to work and actually got us a better deal than we agreed on. ( who does that?) Open Road Harley did it for us.
Once they got us that deal, Alina went through all the financing, so we knew exactly what to expect. Then we went to parts, and Missy and Kyle guided us through getting some bling and upgrades. Then Dan in service explained everything as he wrote the installation of our new bling.
And I can't leave out Heather, who was my first point of contact when I called to set us up coming up there to see the bike. And contacted us to make sure we made it home safely the next day.
And I didn't mention that we were from Illinois and drove over 180 miles to see these bikes and do this deal.

I have been spending money at the Fond du lac Harley locations, since it was at a previous location starting back in 1994. But I have never purchased a motorcycle at the Fond du lac HARLEY LOCATIONS. 8 miles from my house. I have purchased , 2 Buells, 1 Sportster, 1 Fatboy, 1 Heritage, 2 Road King, 4 Electra glides from Thiensville, And 5 other Harleys from other dealers since 1995. So finally I purchased a Harley from Open Road at the Fond du lac location 8 miles from my home. I was not looking for a motorcycle. I was buying parts to work on a motorcycle. Was in the store multiple times over a week getting parts. And I bought a new Road Glide. I can not express how pleasant the entire experience was. From salesman, parts counter gentleman, service advisor, motor clothes personnel, sales manager, finance person, and the GM. It really was a pleasant experience. I ave never gotten so much for my trade. This is a great Month to buy also because Harley is really throwing some great incentives. But I have never had a more pleasant vehicle purchase. My wife was also very pleased. The experience is usually rough and painful for her.she was so happy and could stop saying how nice it was. The staff and experience was great. I am not a person to give a review. I will certainly complain when I am displeased.But I really felt the need to express how different the experience was in the best way possible. Thank Very Much to the STAFF at Open Road in helping me with my new Road Glide, and making it a pain free no regret experience!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW TEAM AT OPEN ROAD HD
I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE WHOLE TEAM AT OPEN ROAD HD WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! FROM 'BROWSING' THEIR WEBSITE TO THE PHONE CALL WITH HEATHER. HEATHER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THEN TO THE SHOWROOM I WAS MET BY HEATHER AND THE OPEN ROAD TEAM. ALL OF THEM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THIS IS THE THIRD BIKE I HAD PURCHASED FROM OPEN ROAD AND THE FIRST WITH THE NEW TEAM AND THEY HAVEN'T MISSED A STEP. THE SERVICE TEAM WAS GREAT AS WELL!!! Attitude & Knowledge
We stopped by Open Road to buy a hat and some new clothing. We met James who was awesome. His attitude, knowledge and just fun to talk to. He showed us around at diffrent bikes trying to find what we were looking for in our future. We let him know that we were unsure of when we would purchase but just wanted to look which he respected but still wanted to give us information on the diffrent rides. Then it happened he showed me the bike that I knew I had to have. Black on black out Street Glide. We decided to crunch some numbers and see what the costs would be. A very short time later we were shaking hands on a deal. It didnt stop there either, we were taken to each department introduced to somone and shown what they could offer us in the furure. The bike was delivered that night and they picked up my trade in as well. The entire experience was great and I recommend James including the entire Open Road team to anyone looking to purchase. Ringing the bell for my dream bike felt so great. Thanks James and we look forward to the many miles we plan on putting on.

Going the extra mile
Everybody at open road is very friendly helpful and they're doing a great job of turning the dealership around. It's my go to dealership now. Sam in service is very helpful and he goes the extra mile for you. Bailey in motor clothes is a hoot n a lot of fun to talk to!
